Pain Management Center of Long Island (PMCLI) accepts various insurance plans. Please check with your insurance carrier regarding their referral policy. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary referrals prior to your appointment.

We accept most major credit cards and we may be able to construct payment arrangements for those who need assistance. Full payment is due at the time of your visit. If applicable, please be prepared to pay your co-payment and/or any co-insurance at the time of your visit.
